It was incorporated in 1991 as a result of the merger of two BSE memberships belonging to the founder directors, Mr. Nemish Shah and Mr. Manek Bhanshali. It was amongst the first Corporate Stock Brokers in India.

Enam’s net worth is amongst the highest of Stock Brokers operating in India. Additionally, its Directors, with significantly higher individual net worths continue to have unlimited liability. Therefore Enam is well positioned to execute large orders on a DVP basis for its Institutional clientele.
